Your job as an Operator will start in the Q4 of 2017 so TOTAL is simply building a TALENT POOL from which your recruitment would start around Q2/Q3 next year. Goodluck.

@coolguy that's not the case as we were given a breakdown of everything during our last test and we are expected 2 b in Ogere by Jan 20th

Forget what they told you. Let wait and see if anything happens by then. Besides this is for the one year training after which you undergo their recruitment exercise this is when you become their staff. Right now you are merely recruited for the sponsorship program

Quite interesting dat we'r now getting a numba of useful speculations. Dis is wat mks NHJ an interestin forum. @Coolguy, u'r very correct to say d Operators r in for a sponsored apprenticeship/training programme which is bound to terminate next year. However, unlike wats bn obtainable in d system b4 now, Total now plans to pull ds set of operators thru a training programme of about 6months. I stand to b corrected, bt it suffices me to say dat d plan is to get ds set of operators ready for d Ofon phase 2 platform ready for production, and not d Egina FPSO which wil produce/process d first drop of oil in Q4,2017.

I quite agree with MrFlaunt on dis unless ofcourse Coolguy knows something we dont because a breakdown of the recruitment process was given to us at the last test and it was clearly stated without ambiguity.. So if ur not a staff with higly reliable info, I'd choose to adhere to what we were told. But if u are, then throw more light bro...
