@repubrocrat,did you attend another another interview after an interview with consultant.

This was all back in mid-september.
The entire process was expedited. I took the SHL reasoning test on a friday, I took the personality and HR/technical interview the next day, and I took the psychological test the day after.

@repubrocrat,please I need more light on this,I had my own Shl exam on 20th Aug. in Ph,then interview on 15th Sept in ph ,thereafter I havent heard frm them,when did u do ur HR interview?.
TEPNG came to Houston last month for a recruiting event. The event is called Careers in Africa. HR and technical interview were done simultaneously.

@repubocrat did you do a psychological test after meeting with the HR and line managers, can you give me an insight on what the test with HR and line manager was like and also what the psychological test was like as well, i was to do my test in london but an in Nigeria for a break so i might do mine in Nigeria, i need some info please could you help, thanks
The SHL test isn't particularly difficult. I didn't study for it at all. The verbal reasoning is easy. You'll read many short paragraphs and have to answer a couple of questions on each one. The math section was a little more difficult. From what I remember, it was about 35 math questions. You'll have to read loads of charts ( bar charts,pie chats, tables etc ) to answer each question. The main thing you have to keep in mind is that it's a speed test. If you're right out school then it should be a breeze. If not, then you might want to look up SHL samples online.
