Topic: TOTAL E & P calling for personality test through dragnet

Dis maybe useful cos I ve done a dragnet test and it was gse format ie verbal,numerical and abstract reasoning. Gudluck to y'all

has anyone receive a call for aptitude test by dragnet for total? pls reply

this is what one of last years candidates had to say....\\


Just to clarify, let me summarize what I did in the recruitment process (I have about 4 yrs experience)

(a) Initial Interview
(b) Aptitude test
(c) Line Mgr interview
(d) Psychology interview
(e) About 2 weeks later, completed an online personality test.

Some guys guys with no experience

(a) Initial Interview
(b) Aptitude test
(c) Technical Test
(d) Technical Interview
(e) Line Mgr interview
(f) Psychology interview
(g) About 2 weeks later, completed an online personality test.

The line interview was 5 to 6 managers, however on the last day, the managers divided into two groups of 3 managers each.

I dont know if there is still another stage apart from those listed? Please share if there is.

which position anmd organization are you talking about for last year? is it SON?

maybe they've decided to turn the process upside down by starting with the personality test

@ekaette inyang, the initial interview you're talking about, was it a phone stuff?..........what kind of questions were asked at that stage? secondly what is the difference between the pyscological test and the personality test.
