@area_boy:It's going to two month now that I wrote aptitude an professional tests with TEPNG but haven't heard anything from them till date. Pls, is this usual?

For the guys asking if it is normal for Total to go silent for months with no update, Sadly yes!

I dare say their recruitment process is one of the most annoying when compared to the other big Operators. They drag their feet most times, speed up unnecessarily other times only to drag their feet again.

So just be positive and engage yourself with other things. When they are ready, they will send out email for success or lack of it.

ps: Don't wait for Total cos they cannot be counted on.

We are both in the same shoes..Do you have idea why this may be so?what position did you apply for? I applied for the DCS engr.role.
Some guys were contacted few days after the test that they were not sucessfull, for me its almost 2months now am yet to get any feedback from Total. Please keep me in the loop if there is any new development.

No idea really. I applied for the Reservoir Engrg position and I wrote on the 21st of September. What about you? When did you write?

Please does anyone know the format and the questions asked during Total Final Panel Interview? I will appreciate any help and info.
