Store Officer needed in Abuja
Our client, a reputable facility management and construction company based in Abuja needs the services of a Store Officer.
Qualification: B.Sc / HND IN ENGINEERING OR SCIENCE OR BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION
MUST BE COMPUTER LITERATE AND VERY GOOD IN THE OPERATION OF TALLY ACCOUNTING PACKAGE
Experience: 4 - 5 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN STORES MANAGEMENT (PREFERABLY IN CONSTRUCTION/ENGINEERING/ MANUFACTURING COMPANY)
JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES.
Receiving of goods from suppliers as per LPO / delivery waybills after getting quality approval from the quality engineers / users departments.
To issue goods from stores as per the approved stores issue note / material requisition and update stores records.
Preparation of Goods received note and processing suppliers’ invoices.
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Ensure minimum stock level of all consumable items and re-order / raise material requisitions.
Ensure all goods to be offloaded in time from imported containers / trucks of local suppliers.
Maintain records keeping of all receipts and issues.
Stock reconciliation and periodic reporting.
To ensure good house keeping of stores.
Any other assignments that may be given from time to time.
