tumtum...just follow imunest advice, make hay while the sun shine. UNDER REV means they're looking at it, if U think ur CV was already in the right format U may want to leave it that way, otherwise...do something fast

Hired - You have successfully passed all offer conditions and are awaiting start date.
Reject - Unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion.
