Some people have been very pivotal to the success(es) recorded in this thread; i wouldn't want to write names, but some of them are either insiders or have insiders in SON. To these people; i urge you to continue the good work!
However, i encourage us to be a little more patient; if we have waited for about 12months, a few weeks more wouldn't do us any harm; we will be there shortly!
While we wait, let's still cast our nets(applications) in the seas of opportunities(vacancies) advertized on regular basis, not neglecting the need to give room for personal development.

And guys thanks for the comments on my last post; i am humbled.
