And to dose (Engjoe, Rabidvirus & Xsmart) who don't agree, here is the jinx: kindly click on the assessment link & do your assessment coz it seems we're all waiting for you to, then com back here & tell us the questions, and we can take 2days to prepare before doing ours since we have 2wks on our side...

The same undue advantage has always been enjoyed by the few wise ones here, while the kind ones share the questions, the wise ones receive & use them...

The same scenario was observed in the NDDC thread where someone came to reveal the interview question type, I bet you many redirected their preparation in line & did better than the kind forumite that shared it.
That you shared it & still passed doesn't mean it is right, coz you might just have eliminated someone from the list who would have topped someone that you gave "an undue advantage" by revealing the questions.

To wrap it up, almost everyone here is intelligent, however, just a handful of us is needed. As such, wisdom & grace will be required to make the list. It is left for us to decide how the contest will be... As for me, I'm not gonna give away my slot without fighting. Call me names if you wish, but I'd rather you lead by example; do your test & tell us the questions then we'll thank God for helping us through you.

Many opportunities abound, every year a lot of people are employed/re-employed, more graduates join the hunt, while some remain in the chase... Choose where you want to belong...
    @catchdwind, well spoken...best wishes

I would have let this slide, but since you directed a question to me,it deserves a reply.
Truth is you remind me of back then in the Uni..when folks hide "materials" cos' they wanna get a 2.1 or first class.Well i guess it hurt like hell to know that we that used community effort also came out with good grades too.I know how you feel competing for jobs with peeps you feel you are better than, cos maybe you were the "brain" in your set.Wake up and smell the coffee bro.."life nor be by muscle".
Can you swear that since you joined this thread you haven't benefited from someone giving you my own kind of "heads-up"?..have you ever benefited from someone else's test/interview experience?. You are a hypocrite urging me to post my assessment experience(i was gonna do that anyways) for you.I have no issues with that, but you of all people shouldn't be interested.Stick around i am busy over the weekend with NDDC stuff so i will get around to posting my assessment experience on Wed 15/5/2013.
Please "hold" on to your slot as tight as you can my bro,as if it was ever yours..lol (i laugh). With this your philosophy you shouldn't be anywhere near this forum hunting for jobs with us,you should have nailed one a long time ago. This forum has been known for carrying people along, and folks like you aren't going to mess it up,you don't wanna give but want to get.
The kind person that helped out with the NDDC tips, did he complain to you that he didn't get the scholarship? Can you swear that you didn't look at the tips yourself?.Please lets not derail this wonderful thread jare. As for me and all that is within me,i will continue giving out tips and looking for "undue advantage" in this forum.Peace!!!

    Re: Shell recruitment 2013

This online questionnaire is designed to help us understand more about how you might approach different tasks or situations.

During this stage of the application process you are asked to respond to 72 statements that are set within the context of work, tasks or working with other people. You will be asked to rate how each statement best describes you. You do not require any specialist knowledge to rate the statements.

There is no set time limit for the questionnaire, but it should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. Before beginning the questionnaire, please ensure that you have enough time and that you will be free from distractions.

You should not use your browser’s ”Back” or ”Refresh” buttons during the assessment. Please only use the ”Next” and ”Back” buttons at the bottom of the assessment pages to move between pages.

For more instructions on how to complete the questionnaire, click on the "Next" button below.

Please be aware that the progress panel on the left just shows your position in the assessment and cannot be used for navigation between the different sections.

((smiles)) anyways, we all live by our convictions; this is a forum and everyone is entitled to his or her opinion/views.
What matters is being able to live free without having any cynical mindset concerning wateva anybody does on here (one way or d other we've all benefited from dis NHJ community). Remember its a forum and u may neva see/meet d real persons behind d usernames. Enjoy d fun while it lasts and stay focused on the 'final destination'.

I honestly think we have a fundamental problem as a people in this country. now let tell you that your example of school days to job hunting is a false analogy, reason being that at school, we were not competing for any particular "slot" as compared to a Job hunt. however, that U made it through community effort back then in school doesn't make it good practise. people like you are the type that disturb ppl in the exam hall. I particularly narrowly missed getting a first class bcos I was living a liberal life and was very lax in exam halls. beside the fact that u'd give others undue advantage, u equally make the recruitment process difficult for these companies. memories of the last dragnet conducted Mobil test still remain fresh in our brains. people went as far as pasting the exact test questions on this forum. what you stand for is an act of indiscipline and it's unreasonable. it doesn't show any sign of maturity neither does it makes a generous or a good guy. now you go to a test center, they say no phone, no wallet no bla bla bla, jst bcos of this unreasonable act you guys do. there is no problem sharing past questions but to seek to know the content of a test you about to take before time is unacceptable. no worry ehn!, after taking ur test, copy each page of the test and it here; we go clap for you as hereo mtchwee! imagine the leaders of tomorrow!

(Strolls in.........Picks up a Chair, dusts and then Sits on it, and starts observing the movie going on with popcorn by his side.) Ok, here is my take on the matter, Everyone has a right to an opinion, whatever you believe should work for you. As for me, I am my only competition....So everyone calm down, no one is taking your place. What is yours cannot be taken away from you. There's no course for control, everything is under alarm......I rest my case.

Coconut: I think thats enough, this is fast becoming a battle of words. Keep the calm, you'v spoken your bit. What you should know is that who will listen, will listen, and who will not, wont. Its enough! Before we make enemies of issues that began like a joke.

well, finally the deal is done. I took my assessment yday and got a regret mail jst abt 3min after submision. here is d head-up: it's strictly questions about you, no special knowledge needed. success to you all, but I still feel it's a computer generated response as I feel I'm still in

It is a computer generated response based on the questionnaire, I believe your personality doesn't fit the Shell model but I may be wrong as I know someone who claims to have gotten past that stage. My friend I would advise you cut your losses and move on.

okay....o, so where are those looking for "heads-up"? I guess none have taken the test. I've since moved on...o, but I don't see it making sense. for example, when you choose the "most" option for the whole five questions U automatically cannot move to nxt question. but if those attributes are realy what you feel about yourself Y can't it just move on. hmmmm!
