Job Description

Responsibilities
Serve as NC focal point in department/s assigned to, providing advice on NC considerations in tender proposals and processing.
Create initiatives and processes to ensure compliance across departments in the organisation.
Keep a log of contracts and projects executed and have a stellar means of monitoring all projects in the organisation.
Keep track of performance/execution status by vendors & Nigerian Content compliance with reference to vendors’ commercial quotes & contract documents executed.
Coordinate and implement Technical site visits and industry audits as may be necessary to ascertain vendors’ capabilities.
Provide Contract clarification & hold Project review meetings on assigned projects and contracts
Meet with Contract-holders, analysts and vendors on modality of measuring NC of contracts/projects
Collate & review contract/project monitoring reports, provide next steps and communicate same accordingly
Report issues that may arise with respect to NC measurement in contracts and projects
Liaise with NCDMB on project monitoring and prepare Non-Conformance Report on NC for submission to NCDMB
Supervise other employees in the Monitoring unit
Participate in preparation of Nigerian Content presentation slides for meetings such as TECOM, MACOM & AWARENESS presentation and others as may be required
Work with industry suppliers through Sectoral committees (Nigerian Content Consultative
Forum) or other means to develop and implement initiatives to improve Nigerian Content in goods, services and equipment supplied to the local industry by the company.
Carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Manager

Qualification/Experience
Minimum of 10 years in contracts, engineering or project management. at least 5 years in the oil & gas industry with relevant experience.
A good university degree in engineering, mathematical or analytical sciences
Very good interpersonal skills, good negotiating skills, team building & very strong knowledge of our business
Microsoft office advanced user, other knowledge of software and systems an advantage
