Job Description
An engineering and human resource company which was incorporated on the 17 day of December, 1992, with the objective of building, nurturing, and developing a unique and efficient establishment, professional, reputable and reliable in whichever area of service it vows capacity and competence.
These areas include manpower supply and support services, oilfield services, water supply schemes or projects, civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering consultancy and construction services, equipment leasing, haulage and transportation services as well as supply of construction materials and equipment such as pumps, valves, meters, pipes and fittings,fire fighting and personal protective equipment and product.

Purpose
To provide qualitative administrative support services to various project teams, develop and maintain proper documentation within the team and ensure that the Project/Function's admin support services goals are achieved.

Responsibilities:
Managing new entrants into the project team:
Ensure that on-boarded personnel settles properly by securing offices, seats and necessary working tools needed to fit into the system comfortably.
Data Maintenance of service contract personnel details in PCSIS system.
Arrange for SPDC access pass (ID card) for new entrants.
Handling of correspondences/mails: Mails addressed to team members should be sent to the appropriate staff in good time.
Prepare draft official correspondences as required and get the final copy dispatched appropriately and timely via surface mailing system or DHL. Ensure that confidential documents/mails are kept CONFIDENTIAL
Order for and procure office materials through SAP for Project use: Keeping track of required items to ensure availability and procure new items depending on project need.
Maintenance of Office Equipment: Co-ordinate maintenance of office equipment namely PCs, copiers, telephone, and printers.
Flight Booking, accommodation booking and meeting/seminar venues booking:Book and follow-up on flight with Corporate Flight Bookings to ensure Advices are obtained for Project team members, Consultants and Governmental Agencies like NAPIMS & DPR timely (Local & International).
Also, ensure accommodation bookings for hotel and meeting venues are properly arranged in good time (Local International
Interact with Team Leaders on day to day activities on site/office by providing relevant and needed admin support to the Project's management team.
Participate in client monthly HSE meetings & observe all life saving rules, HSE procedures at site.
Service contract management: Offer support services on all manpower issues.
Collection of Time Sheets and prepare monthly WCC’s for service contract personnel.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Graduate with 2 - 4 years of working experience, able to carry out, under limited supervision, detailed admin and technical support covering office admin, local logistics management and service contract admin services.
Good knowledge of MS office applications with excellent organising abilities.
Bachelor / HND
Good communicator and fluent in the English language.
Knowledge of HSE Procedures will be an advantage
