Job Description
The sales manager position is for those who are interested in building their own business and making unlimited income in e-commerce industry.
The sales manager is responsible for growing market share, creating sales leads and proactively developing new business, selling products.

Job Responsibilities
Create leads and sell company products through: phone calls, in-person presentations, online marketing techniques and email campaigns.
Conduct product marketing activities to help generate leads and opportunities.
Establish and maintain business relationships with customers; work closely with customers to better understand and meet their individual needs and requirements.
Works closely with Product Marketing team to understand upcoming services and products in order to up sell and create initial customer interest.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer needs and concerns.
Build and develop a sales team with competencies and skills for continued target realization and high-
performance.a Provide motivation, support, guidance and leadership and set expectations to the sales team.

Job Requirements
Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition.
Strong selling skill.
Ability to create and manage a TEAM
Strong online marketing skill is preferred.
College education is preferred.
