We are an engineering support organization offering support in modern construction methodologies. With a good industrial outlook in 2012 and beyond, we seek to engage the services of a Sale and Business Development Manager.
Job Description
Qualification & Skills
- Identify Potential Sales Opportunities/leads
- Identify and segment market where product and service offerings would be valued
- Identify the full base of possible target customers by direct marketing and research with the assistance of the marketing team
- Conduct exercises such as direct marketing, conference participation, commercial seminars etc to further create awareness of our product and service offerings.
- Maintain and develop the Customer Relationship Management database.
- Provide monthly sales report and forecast in consultation with the commercial head and other team members
- Develop relationships with current Clients and prospect
- Develop brand and deliver effective marketing campaigns and materials
- Identify and lead involvement in key activities within the industry
- Assist on the development and implementation of marketing plans

- Bachelors/HND degree in Engineering or any other construction related activities
- Second Degree will be an added advantage
- Sales professional with about 5 – 7 years experience
- Female preferably
- A good understanding of the construction industry
- Analytical Skills and Creative Thinking
- Excellent Attention To Detail And Follow-Through
- A good working knowledge of MS Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proven Ability To Build Strong Client Relationships.
- Leadership and Organizational Skills with ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Excellent Spoken and Written English with great presentation skills
- Personal Drive and motivation
- A good Business sense
- Ability To Effectively Present Results To Senior Management, Clients And Other Employees Of The Organization Ability to work under pressure
