"Attached is an employment form which you must complete accurately and return back to me and Aaron Nono by Wednesday 10th November at 12:00pm prompt. Please Affix one of your passport photographs to this form. "
Does it indicate that the employment form should be sent to them via mail or the hard copy be physically brought to them ?

its depends on what your career prospects are like. I can confidently tell you that D&M, Western Geco, Wireline & completions are the highest payer. Try and get ready for the interview too. its not a conventional one. all the best.
