The statement below:
"Attached is an employment form which you must complete accurately and return back to me and Aaron Nono by Wednesday 10th November at 12:00pm prompt. Please Affix one of your passport photographs to this form. "
Does it indicate that the employment form should be sent to them via mail or the hard copy be physically brought to them ?

Read the mail well. It says pdf file and send it to 2 email addresses

on the employment form how did u guys fill the aspect that talks about the ''Select the Schlumberger company you are for'' e.g D&M , WS , WesternGeco ,Wireline ,ATL ,and so on.
