Please, has anyone applied for this scholarship yet?? + has there been any official advertisement announcing the commencement of the scholarship??

The site is not going through its saying its under construction, has any one been able to access the site of recent?

@franco4christ, Am sorry am in Nigeria. For intending applicants you have to passionate that you would win the award, provided you study hard and have faith that the selection is genuinely for you when you've studied hard. Cheers.

@ Rubita ohiaeri, there are standard electronic exam centres in Nigeria. Computer centres like Chams City, Afrihub and the likes. You would be assigned to the one closest to you.

I think the site for the application is under construction. I think they are trying to incorporate buying the pin online than going physically to a bank to pick the card
