    PTDF OVERSEA SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME 2011 (MSC & PHD) IS OUT

    The form and scratch card will be officially available starting first week in december

    2010.Right now everything is in abuja.So by next week,it will be distributed out to

    different states secretariat across the country.Also,there will be hard copy

    registration.CINFORES will be their agent.So you have to go to CINFORES website

    and login with your scratch card pin number.For more info,go to:

    www.ptdf.cinfores.com/

    click on APPLY, and you will see both the masters and phd for 2011.

    Or go to :

    www.ptdf.cinfores.com/#

    and click on fresh application,and it will show you a DEMO on how to do it.

    PLEASE DONT DOUBT THIS INFO,IT IS GENUINE.
    ALSO PTDF WILL PUBLISH IT
