chuma be patient,it has not come to this.since you r in lagos,i would advice you to go to marina 2morow with that extra 500naira of yours,comb that marina road from start 2 finish,i promise you,you would get the card.

I was able to get mine ytday at first bank in benin after so much stress.... but there were guys waiting for it. If u are in benin you can check 1st bank ring road to check if they still have it.
Like wat @socratestee said; its true. It keeps taking you back to top of the page without displaying anything i.e after clicking apply. Does any one knw wat i can do? I wish you guys good luck in ur purchase........ Happy new yr.

Plz guys,how do i start my application,cos i av my pin.i tried logining in with the pin as my user id,but how about the password,i dont seem to no how to go abt it.pls help

go to apply and click on masters or phd and u will be direstec to a page where u will enter your pin and start ur application.4get about username and pxword for now.
