My client is a top Nigerian Exploration & Producing (E&P) company, with a strong presence in both upstream and downstream sectors of the oil industry. A stream of new projects coming on board has opened up the following position: Position:Technical Procurement Officer
Location: Port Harcourt
Commencement: ASAP
Nationality: Preferably Nigerian
The Role: The T P O will be liaising with the Supply Chain Manager, executing the procurement process relating to onshore drilling activities. The T P O must be able to handle tenders and order requests, instigate contract negotiations and deliver an excellent, cost effective procurement service.
Experience: The T P O should have at least 3 years experience in either onshore or offshore drilling. This is essential. In addition, some experience in procurement process is advantageous
