Responsible For: Business Development, Profit Generation and Co-ordination of all professional programmes.

Qualification and Experience: B.Sc/B.Eng/HND in any Engineering field, MSc., MBA or Professional Business/Management qualification will be an advantage

Suitable Candidates will have not less than ten years Experience in Engineering Practice or Education.

Ideal Candidates will have some experience in Engineering Consulting and would have functioned as a Head, or Deputy Head of a Technical Department of an Educational Institution providing services to the Manufacturing ,Oil and Gas, Power
related Industries, or a senior teaching position in a tertiary institution.

Summary of Job Function:
§ Oversee all Certification and Certificate Programmes of the company
§ Project sourcing and execution
§ Relationship management
Key Responsibilities:
§ Develop and manage City & Guilds, National Innovative Diploma (NID) and other professional certification programmes .
§ Manage Certificate Programmes.
§ Source for facilitators for the certification and professional programmes.
§ Source for Project and ensure its execution.
§ Facilitate training programmes.
§ Managing business relationships.
§ Develop new business opportunities.
§ Developing and managing business partnerships and strategic alliance.
§ Confer or consult with Department head to plan advertising services and to secure information on clients needs and customer specification.
§ Liaise with potential Customer regarding training and other engineering consulting needs and solutions.
§ Constantly review the company’s fee and cost structure to ensure that margins are. optimal while remaining competitive.
§ Liaise with Government and regulatory agencies overseeing training programmes.
§ Prepare and submit weekly plans and reports of achievements.
§ Co-ordinate the marketing team for certification and professional programmes.
§ Develop new business ideas and follow-up.
§ Any other function as may be directed by management.
