if u go for an interview and at the end of the interview the head of human resource asks if u can resume next& if u need 2 take permission from anyone, (and u gave a Yes and No answer for the first and 2nd questn),does it mean u hv been taken or u are being considered or its just a normal question,pls wat does it mean.

It's not a pointer to the fact dat u have been employed. Wait till u get ur appointment letter.
Its just a normal question to see wether u are desperate for the job or jobless. If u said next wk,it mean u ar jobless or extremely desperate which mean u av nothing really to offer than just being engage.
