A said company Pan oceanic oil, invited me for aptitude test and seminar. They said I should pay 500 naira to a GTB account before that. What do all of u think of this?

this is confirmed from a DPR official.
i also spoke to Abdul of the HR dept in pan -ocean, and he is not aware of such seminar.
