How true is it that they are sending out the invite (sms) in batches based on State-Of-Origin? Has any one from Ogun State, irrespective of the test location, received the sms invite? thanks

I am from Ogun State. I have not receive the sms invite either. Which way forward? Still hoping to get the e-mail from PCL.
