Grace I wrote with my brother and friends at Malali Kaduna Centre. I and my brother got IVs and one of my friends too did get. Dates r 13th July, #rd august and 9th august for 3 of us

But my fear is, could this be a mistake from NNPC or DHL.Can sb explain how my address was used but not my name. i do not know the criteria for adjudging a state educationally advantage or not....and placing separate cut off points for states?
