Job Title: Structural Supervisor

Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria, Africa

Job Description
To supervise and follow-up under his discipline the Construction and associated pre-commissioning activities related to Nigerian Content (NC) packages, up to end of Construction and load-out/integration works.

Activities


  • Prepares monitors and expedites structural fabrication, assembly and completion activities carried out by Contractor or subcontractors related to his discipline until sail away for pressure vessels and FPSO integration in Nigeria.
  • Assists the structural superintendent his duties covering all construction phases, including construction methods, yards prefabrications, construction, structural assembly and completion as related to his discipline. He attends meetings as required by his hierarchy. He implements his hierarchy instructions and organizes his inspection team accordingly.
  • Ensure that all construction activities related to his discipline are performed safely and efficiently in line with company objectives.

2. Job Title: Package Coordinator
Job Location: Lagos

Activities
The “SPS Package Coordinator” will maintain a central position for coordination of all activities, technical and “commercial”, within the SPS package. He will be responsible for providing support to the SPS General Manager and Project Controls Manager to ensure identification, tracking and follow-up of activities, ensuring focus on timely resolution in line with Project schedule demands. Responsibilities will comprise the following:

  • Provide assistance to the GM Client’s SPS and SPS project control manager for all internal / external communications.
  • Oversee the administrative task necessary for the running of the SPS Contract; organize registers and filing/archiving systems.
  • Prepare with the assistance of SPS team and consolidate the required SPS project reporting to third parties and authorities, such as Partners, NAPIMS, DPR and NCDMB.
  • Assist Contract Engineer in Management of Change process, through the provision of a note, coordinating discipline input.
  • Gather and prepare all necessary Derogation Request to Client’s HQ; and ensure corresponding follow-up until resolution with Corporate Specialists
  • Support for technical reporting and meetings organization and attendance
  • Monitoring and follow up of technical queries arising from CONTRACTOR and ensure corresponding follow-up until resolution

3. Job Title: Piping Superintendent
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria, Africa

Activities

  • Carries out preliminary and piping engineering studies in-house as it relates to integrity notifications.
  • Ensures that facilities engineering contractors submit all deliverables on time and reviews are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Controls the quality of the deliverables received from third parties.
  • Prepares data sheets, MTO for flow lines & production facilities relating to notifications.
  • Draws up piping materials classes, specifications for material requests with UNISUP numbers to Procurement.
  • Reads and interprets facility engineering drawings, designs and make necessary modifications or recommendations.
  • Interfaces with ECP Decentralized buyer and Procurement Department for materials requisition and delivery follow ups in a timely manner.
  • Draws up and cross-checks relevant procedures, international standards and Client’s technical specifications for notifications close out.

4. Job Title: Procurement Coordinator
Location: Lagos, Nigeria, Africa

Activities

  • Assist the Package Controls Manager in all activities related to procurement, highlighting areas of concern, and any slippage to the scheduled delivery dates.
  • Maintain custody of the Scope of Supply and keep up-to-date; set up and maintain the SPS Equipment Catalogue containing detailed scope of supply, procurement data, drawings and pictures.
  • Monitor the equipment delivery dates, check the overall coherence of the level 3 schedule and provide feedback to SPS Management team.
  • Follow up all Procurement activities including expediting and inspection, in accordance with the Project and Company procedures.
  • Responsible for the implementation, control and updating of the Project Procurement Plan on a weekly basis.

5. Job Title: Inspection Engineer
Job Location: Lagos, Nigeria, Africa

Activities
The Service holder is responsible to:


  • Perform routine inspection and report the condition of Pressure Systems, Pressure vessels, Piping systems and Structures
  • Witness/Verify the recertification of pressure relieving devices, ensure the accuracy of calibration and issue certificate for approval
  • Monitor the various corrosion prevention techniques implemented on site (CC, CER, CP etc) and provide periodic report relating to their effectiveness and condition using trending tools or specific software e.g. Multitrend
  • Monitor modifications and welding activities on Client and ensure that inspection controls are effected which include but not limited to Visual Inspections, Ultrasonic, Thermography, MPI, DPI, etc
