You could hv specifically scolded the 'culprits' without making mention of any tribe.
To tell you the truth,at first reading of your post one will conclude you are saying all Igbos are retards and disrespectful.
But seeing you write in the same language makes it confusing,then the explanations.
Believe me,this could hv turned into a tribal cyber-war if people insulted had that kind of time.

Back to our 'waiting' and 'hoping';if training is starting on 3rd of Sep,then it seems the only reasonable thing to hope for is a 2nd list with another date for training.Maybe NNPC is waiting for PIB to be almost passed before calling people(vin20 don't sue me for plagiarism).
Having said that,I serve a God who gives life to the dead,and calls things that are not as if they were. When He says a thing,He must bring it to pass - even when all the roads leading to its fulfilment are all closed.

@Jesus Army congrats. This is just to reaffirm what has been said here that it must not be NNPC. If it does not clique with NNPC then it will clique elsewhere. The only thing we need to do is to allign ourselves with the will of the Almighty. I can see a lot of us in better places than NNPC. Lets just allow God take control of our lives and we will be amazed at what He will do.
