It is sad that our successful friends have started joining issues with those that are asking too many questions,insinuating too many wuruwuru without a proof.It is really annoying even to someone like me still waiting for my letter.
I will now make it clear here,I know a person who once had NNPC employment,had his ID card and left for some personal reasons back to the bank.I know their process is always very fair for him to have gotten the job.His plan is to get back at a higher level and jump those tiring waiting from level to level.
When you miss a GT position like this,you can always pray you update yourself and then enter the same corporation or a better one at the top.I tell you,for those bankers that got this EH offer,they were given 2 levels above what they could have been if they joined in 2006 as a GT.
Mates of Prof soludo in CBN were mere Senior Mgrs when he joined as their governor.
I feel for those from a humble home that thought their bread has arrived.We all begun in a humble way and I know someone also in that 2006 that was full of praises because his family has never known good days.To tell you the truth,some people who must have gotten the job do not have BB or internet access like you except when they visit Cafe.
God will not fail any of us.If it is NNPC,it will come,just do your part.
I attended my NNPC interview last August,today is my anniversary.The job I am doing now was advertised after my NNPC interviews but I am already due for confirmation here and why should I act and talk as if God isn't faithful? I have options of going back to a bank if life is all about money and loans.
My friends that are NNPC staff,do not get offended by any means,you and God know for sure that it is on merit and mostly by grace.I am aware also.Being surprised that almost all the guys I know couldn't get the job(EH) doesn't make it an issue for me to leave my tight schedule and be peddling rumors.
Ethnan and Bebrief got the job,bb1,patorinni,kafox,kalokalo and myself are still expecting a miracle.Atleast these are popular names I know in this thread.If ethnan and bebrief are connected guys they will hv no biz with this thread or carrying placards to protest.
If I join NNPC,who is sure I won't leave for another oil coy,business,etc.So why behave as if my miracle door is closed if I miss NNPC?
I know that those selected are very good,but don't feel inferior,you are equally good,but you have not been selected.
I am not signing out of this thread as others said.
I feel touched by the show of emotions here.
It educates me on the state of the nation as regards unemployment.I may soon become a senator.

The M.D. Just made it known to us that even his daughter who applied 4d NNPC job wasn't recruited. He said dis in order to butress d fact that d process was transparent, free and fair.
Guys,i need a job as a contract staff in any of the oil companies.i dont know how the recruitment for this category is done.i just need a contract of five-seven years to have experience.so that i will not be a GT anymore.anyone with a useful info pls.i am not doin anytin presently.profile,HND mechanical Distinction(kaduna polytechnic).plssssssssssss.
You have spoken well my brother God be with you and satisfy you. I have been thinking of how to say it. Seeing the like of Bebrief making it to the Tower justified my time and energy spent on the exercise. @Jajamark, I agree totally with your write up. I guess will move on too to other things i intend to do in life. There are better things we can do without NNPC and this by no means is the end of the road for us. The second batch may yet be released as Teracco revealed. However, Let us look elsewhere and work towards achieving our goals and our fall back option incase we are not successful eventually. NNPC is not the only viable route we can take to actualize our aims and aspirations. God knows what is best for us. My only prayer is that He directs us to the right path and to help us exercise patience until he does so.
I have become so addicted to reading posts on this thread, and I know it will be a tall order to wean myself off this dependency. I view so many here as my online friend and look forward to reading their posts. I know I will miss you guys by the time this thread finally comes to an end. At times, I wish we could all be successful so that we can continue our friendship in the towers. I believe strongly in the saying that whatever will be will be.
