got informed that embargo was placed on letter distribution due to protest by some experienced staffs complaining the new intakes will earn more salary than them.....not clear with the info....think d embargo is PENGASSAN influenced...not sure anyway.....for those with reliable source, pls confirm....congrats to those with letters.......9ce day

The Nigeria’s Federal Government signed a USD 4.5bn agreement
with the US-based Vulcan Petroleum Resources Ltd to build six
new reneries in 30 months. Each renery will be built in the USA,
disassembled for shipping, and reassembled in Nigeria. The six will
add a total 0.18mbpd to the current 0.40mbpd rened in the
country. Nigeria imports the bulk of its oil requirements despite
being one of the world’s leading oil producing countries
(2.4mbpd).
Keep the Hope alive, they will still need us sooner or latter and they can't embark on another round of recruitment cos ppl are still on ground to be absorbed.

Anybody with a 1st class called? I personally know 3 1st class hopefuls that have not received their letters. Only God knows what criteria they used in calling and if more will come out.

@all gud day and congrat to prospective nnpc staff. pls, any one with information of the customer care line of Fedex and ups should furnish the house since some of us have either changed location or have incomplete address. Any effort in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks, one love.

i believe all letters have been distributed according to the info frm the courier services but u can call them up. these are some helpful nos. DHL= 012700908, FEDEX=+23412715670, UPS=012705577.

I got an info quite close to wat u"v got. My source (NNPC staff with the WRPC), told me dat NUPENG/PENGASSAN r pushin for a review of their salary b4 ths new employees resume. According to him, this is so bcus NNPC plans to pay ds new employees based on the new salary structure and d NUPENGASSAN members feel slighted. And so they hav threatened to stop the August 6th resumptn or induction if by July endin, they dnt get their salary paid in line with the new salary structure.He equally told me dat 2000names are on d list. This figure was equally corroborated by anoda NNPC staff with WRPC whose elder broda is a GED in Abuja. I wouldnt call dem reliable sources bcus they arent in Abuja and I dnt think dey get deir info firsthand. But i feel, dia is sense in wat dey said and I si dem as credible people.

@Please it is important we ascertain with so much care the kind of analysis that is put up here as a comment. There will be no stoppage of induction because the new salary package is not contentious within the organisation, don't forget the 2012 budget was approved putting the new structure into cognizance.
Please anyone with concrete info about DPR?
