May God, the Mighty One grant all hopefuls the best in our careers and soon. I pity myself and other anxious hopefuls as we check this forum like our letters will be posted here for collection.

Oh! Allah, u can see we are weak, strengthen our faith by counting us among the successful ones. Amin. Say "amen" to share ur own testimony soonest.

Let's not loose faith in Him if we're not lucky with NNPC appointment now. Most probably beta opportunity awaits us. We will surely thank HIM in the end.

PS: Working in NNPC is not directly related to being successful and vice versa

Goodmorning everybody, thank you all for your awesome words of upliftment, you guys really made me feel like somebody after going through your comments after my posts. To be candid with you guys, I am so depressed than a compressed metal ready for recycling. But your words & Bible verses gave me hope & assurance that Jesus Christ still died for me, & that God also knows & still remembers my name. But as we all know, I am a human being, & I have been through lots of things like this, which is now downing on me & making me to ponder if this, if that. I am convinced that God remains God forever, & that He showeth mercy on those He will show mercy. Pls do always remember me in your prayers even after this NNPC recruitment is over; always pray for me, & for God to show mercy on me if there is something wrong in my foundation or destiny. I am short of word, in fact I don't even what else to write or say cos words are exhausted in my mouth & lips, & my hand can't even type again. To all those that encouraged my faith in God, may He never forget you people in times of trouble. To those that scaled through in this recruitment, I wish you all a successful career with NNPC; and please when u guys take over in future, do not allow this rigorous recruitment process in NNPC to continue, change the scheme, style & mode of communicating to the applicants right from the test stage. To all those that didn't make it, or shall I say, will not make it, still be optimistic about life, & continue to trust in God for He remains God irrespective of what He do or did not do for us as we wish. Good Morning everybody on this forum. I thank God even as I am not part of those that received NNPC letter. The bitter truth is that many of us still expecting letter should just move on with our normal life. Letter might not come again (my opinion). Some will tell you it is in batches I do not belief such.
The best way to be out of this problem is to note that some were not called for aptitude test ( they were equally qualified), some were dropped after the test ( you might not be better than some of them), and now some of us were also not considered to be successful at the interview.
If you have prayed and fasted to be among the successful ones, does it now mean that you have failed? No, only that you are not destined to join at this level.
For me, I console myself with this thinking:
To start as GT again with 3 yrs working experience and M.Sc? My answer; If I am destined to work in NNPC then it must be as EH henceforth. Having waited for this so long and not successful at the interview,then I should continue with my 'plan A'. i.e going for my PhD with study leave (with PAY) from my current Govt Agency.
However, it might not be the same for those that are not working yet, but my advise to them is to move on with their live. If NNPC was your 'PLAN A, move on with your PLAN B.
I must now CONGRATULATE those with status change from NNPC HOPEFUL to NNPC STAFF/EMPLOYEE. Remember how it started over 100,000 applied and now you are counted among less than 1000 recruited. Help others by putting in your best as this will touch every Nigerian life in one way or the other. CONGRATS once again.

Up till now, I am still hoping....Lord have mercy. All the guys that got interviewed the day I was interviewed are now singing joyful songs besides me, why me? Sighs...when will my life witness a joyful testimony on this earrth? Sighs. Finally I resign my hopes. but don't even know what next to do with my life now...feel so scattered & disorganized now! Cant even blink....cnt eat, cnt think straight...I wonder my inner health conditions at this point. Everyone should pls pray for me, for my future, for my life, everything about me is always like this. Pray for me friends & fellows.

*Sighs* Ur post really touchd mi. Just wnt 2 encourage u 2 ve faith in God cos He is aware of ur situation. He will surprise u when u least xpect! I ws once in ur shoes- my life ws @ a standstill 4 2 yrs until God broke d ' jinx' yesterday wt my employment letter 4rm NNPC. I wept uncontrollably wt joy 4 d breakthrough and i bliv dat He dat did mine is able 2 do urs. Just bliv and trust Him and ur breakthrough is sure. May God strengthen u.

Its ok my brother. don't TAKE IT TOO HARD. God has a more wonderful plan for your life. Just trust him.
He says;My thots are not ur thots.just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my way higer than yours. Only HIM knows the way through the wilderness of life. All we have to do is to follow him. So, relax! He knows you by name and HE cannot forget you.NNPC is not the end! HE has other wonderful plans for u.
