It is definitely certain now that vin20 has no authentic information. Why he keeps peddling falsehood and fabrications is what I still don't understand.

My brother, it is not only vin20 . What of all the other people with all the other false info, somebody said we should cut off his head if nothing happen on April 16th, i dont know whether his head is still intact. But im not blaiming any of them, it is not their fault, they meant well

He equally said that it is four per state on merit for GT and four per state on merit for OP, plus 2008 candidates for GT and 0P and some slot from powerful nigerians that suppose to have slot, that on average is about 10 per state. He equally said that their are proposing to increase the number of candidate.
