wats dis PIB gist again?must we wait 4 a bill that will av to go tru diz long processes b4 being employed?if this process depended on dis so called PIB,they shud av kept d advert to themselves until it is passed into law.they shud release d list or at least come out wit a decent explanation on d reason 4 d delay,though i doubt if they av any sincere reason 4 dis delay.lets see how d week pans out!
