i av bn silent for a while cos ds whole thing is so annoying.there's something i am certain of though.just like i was called for total personality and aptitude tests without expecting it, so will NNPC send me my letter and d letters of fellow hopefuls who have demonstrated d greatest level of understanding and maturity all thru the wait.the wait is almost over folks i promise and it will end with smiles for as many dat believe(mark 11:24) and say AMEN to dis.shalom.u shall c-me-on-top

to further corroborate what debrown said in DPR thread abt nnpc hopeful,my frnd in R&D division of nnpc also said they received a memo which talked abt the new basic salary scale for new intakes.
which means,we are approaching our canaan land.
however,hitherto this is d salary scale as of 2006 intakes:
basic 60k(HND/B.SC),55k for OND
launch 65k
hazard 22k
tea 12k
total 149k

Check Ur TOTAL pls (60+65+22+12 = 159). unless one of the figures is wrong the total suppose 2 be 159. any way, I hope 2012 take home for GT will b better than this. Guys see U at training school.

Where did you get this rubbish calculation from? If the basic for GT was 60k in 2006 u expect same for 2012? After NNPC has raised their pay severally since then? I am a product of the 2006 recruitment. That is not what NNPC will pay the next GTs.

Infact that was not what we were paid during our time as GTs.

My brother be patient, get the job first and when you see your letter those things will be spelt out.

PPl should leave money matter alone. The main issue is letter. During my interview one of the interviewer ask me of my present pay and subsequently said that there were no much difference with theres. I told him that it goes beyond salary. So, when we get there by His grace will shall cross it by His grace. And mind us that its not ethical to discuss salary on a thread like this particularly 4 an organization. ppl in the same level can do but not with some one outside or with coded names as we all hv right away in this thread.
