daneland306, senate will hold public hearing at four centers at the same time across the country before 15th of may, and equally house of represenative will hold there last public hearing in abuja, infact from what is on ground now pib will be passed before there go on there normal anual recess or closing of the legistilative year by july this year,having said all these whetter nnpc like it or not, we are very close to unveil the unknown or see the list of 2nd batch.

the more you claim the 2nd batch is your right the more it may be delayed(if its still coming)just stay calm an quite,knowing it is previledge and grace.nothing like "right" in nigeria of these days again ooooooo.en-en-pea-see are seeing this thread as well oo

Bolt what am tring to say is that the cause of delay is petroleum industry bill, now that it is about to passed the main cause of the delay is almost over, so i am saying it bolding whetter nnpc like it or not time has come for release, the worse there can do, if it is relesase now is that the resumption will be far than normal one month.
