Why are the testimonies so few? Apart from newborn, kazal's friend & the guy in zaria, who else got his? Is it in batches?

Bolt what am tring to say is that the cause of delay is petroleum industry bill, now that it is about to passed the main cause of the delay is almost over, so i am saying it bolding whetter nnpc like it or not time has come for release, the worse there can do, if it is relesase now is that the resumption will be far than normal one month.
