Finally, the PIB has passed the SECOND READING. Lets keep hope alive peeps
If we could wait for 595 out of 4,827. Then i think, its not bad, waiting for a better promise. If we look @statistics, its easier making this batch than the first batch. Good morning to all.
@Toast04: i sent you a PM. Thanks
Finally, the PIB has passed the SECOND READING. Lets keep hope alive peeps
The long-awaited Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) passed the 2nd reading yesterday at the Nigerian Senate and had been given to appropriate committtee for further actions. This is good news for us, lets keep on praying for the best.
Nice one smokee. I now believe that nkechiu is one of those that applied for the new advert & is eager for the test IV to come out. Hahahahaha. you go wait tire. Hahahaha
Bad belle ppl go tire! ...soon d die wil b cast n dia face wil grow long! ...gaddemm!
Gd day fellas. I ws a victim of 2008recruitment, my hope seemed seamless after d final interview stage. Ever since I persistently visited our forum then same way I do urs (dis forum) hoping a miracle will resurface, an my lost hope redeemed(nuffin is impossible taking flashes frm biblical occurances sha) It ws painful cuz I put in all I cud (best inputs in preparation: bookwise n spiritual too). However my regret ws I neva paid any attn to forge ahead on tym. Jus lyk many here(no insults intend buh undiluted liquid truth). U nid to lay ur hands on sumfin else nw dat u cn, tym is wot no one cn ever buy back whn lost. My first offer letter came 2yrs later(Aug.2010) its true I may nt hv earned much lyk I ought working 4 NNPC buh I hv garnered more experience dan wld hv cuz I am priviledge to be in d exact dept relative to my discipline. Bye n large within d cirumference of oil n gas sector. I work 4 an EPC which offers me broad knwledge on oda areas of engineering. Pls brodas n sistas take any offer dat gives room 4 career advancement, if NNPC finally calls, fine. There r more guns dan roses these days.....meaning; tinz r nt always as it seem to may. Pls also find tym to attend any Living Faith Church closer u. Cheers peeps.
Thank you for your candid advice.
The only reason anyone will attack a good advice is when an implied meaning is attached to it.
I believe everyone that attended the interview is an adult(a graduate of whatever age is an adult). It will sound insulting telling an adult 'make em comot for sun say e dey hot'.
Truth is,unless God himself specifically tells you to ignore trying other options and wait that He will give you the NNPC job, then no one should be advised to try their hands on something else. And if God tells you to do that, then be sure if you heard correctly that there won't be any regrets later.
Let it be made clear here also that most of us hopefuls are on the EH cadre and are already fully/gainfully employed.
Yours sincerely has changed a job and already done a year plus after attending the interviews. Yours sincerely is also concluding a serious higher degree studies this year(I started it that same 2011) by God's grace. Yours sincerely has personal projects going on - if you know what that means.
You see, I am only hanging on here because I want to see the end of the business I know I have with God concerning this recruitment.
It is personal, please let no one dissuade anybody...(advice well taken incase anyone is relaxed).
However, not everyone will get the favour you had and you said u kept on believing and visiting in faith till you got what you are currently doing.
We are all doing the same.Just pray for us,atleast God allowed you to pass through it so you can intercede for others.
I most times choose to ignore alot of posts but I just decided to be responding so that the faith of some hopefuls will not be dampened."Ye have need of patience so that after you have done the will of God you will receive the promise".It also apply here.
Allow us to wait till the end(I believe there is an end). For nkechiu the end is when aptitude test IVs are sent but that may not be the end with God.
Enjoy your weekend everyone.
