Hmmm, the house is deserted, meanwhile have a story.
Once an old man spread rumors that his neighbor was a thief. As a result, the young man was arrested. Days later the young man was proven innocent. After being released he sued the old man for wrongly accusing him.
In the court the old man told the Judge: "They were just comments, didn't harm anyone." The judge told the old man: "Write all the things you said about him on a piece of paper. Cut them up and on the way home, throw the pieces of paper out. Tomorrow, come back to hear the sentence." Next day, the judge told the old man: "Before receiving the sentence, you will have to go out and gather all the pieces of paper that you threw out yesterday."
The old man said: "I can't do that! The wind spread them and I won't know where to find them." The judge then replied: "The same way, simple comments may destroy the honor of a man to such an extent that one is not able to fix it. If you can't speak well of someone, rather don't say anything."

In her defense of the 2012 budget allocation to the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, the Minister stated categorically that they have so far accessed 41% of the budget for 2012, and that it is expected that between now and March 2013 the short fall of the budget will be accessed. This will enable the Ministry complete her obligations and all projects planned for 2012 according to the Minister.
Guys, could this be the reason why 0ut of 4700 candidates that were invited for interview only 595 were offered employment.
Going by her statement, if 41% of the budget for 2012 included 595 new intakes then my bet is that 100% of the budget will do much more.

I want to believe in this whole thing, but the bad odour created by our greedy and selfish leaders is too much of a smell. It is either someone is fighting the odds to change the bad system or willfully lying to Nigerians.
Posterity, nature, time and chance will never never forgive any one of them who will in the full glare of the day deny or rob anybody what is due.
We have all prayed, we will continue to pray and not cease.
