From what i was today by a source in GMD, s office today, he said since FG is lobbying for the passage of pib by december this year, that mostly the 2nd list will mostly be out this month, but resumption can,t be early than january next year.

So many prophecies,permutations,sources and irrational believers of anything/anybody here. Apart from the insult the likes of ABCD,nkechiu and ezme peddle here they hv some points. We are too emotional with this nnpc thingy.
@ vin20,the world does not begin and end at nnpc. If 2nd batch people will resume Jan when will 2012 applicants resume? As for me if nothing this month then i moving on.
