ABCD123. You are quite a character. You have said it categorically many times on this thread that the process has been cancelled and that anybody that is protesting or agitating over the matter is a FOOL and should go and look for job elsewhere. You also stated its not our birthright to work at NNPC and even went as far as referring to those agitating for the release of the list as HOPEFOOLS. Here you come today at the eleventh hour telling us that there is a list everywhere we can find NNPC HQ or Office. So if i may ask you,"who actually sent you to make a last minute effort to halt this planned protest,or what exactly is your mission cos you've clearly betrayed yourself as having ulterior motive. But remember" all those who at one time or the other tried to halt this planned protest found themselves seriously swimming against the tide as they didnt just fail but failed woefully. ABCD123 What a wonder you trully are.

Fine talk. Our course is a justified one. If what u said is anything to rely on then we should know the faith of the 720 (9% of 20%of 40,000). Across the life of an organisation staffing and re-organisation, especially an organisation like NNPC and DPR in issues of recruitment should take stand. Perhaps, they have taken a stand. This stand is what we intend to know in a peaceful manner. We did not just wake up to this conclusion. Remember 2008 and the DPR which has been so long.
I salute everybody so far as all is set. Whatever be the outcome, all to the glory of God. One can then beat his/her chest of having being part of the struggle.

@ABCD123, I don't know how you got this information. But I have no reason to doubt you. I have always known that there would be back-door recruitment in NNPC. That was what happened some years back when FIRS recruited massively as NNPC attempted to do in 2010. Some individuals who never partook of the test and subsequent interview were employed behind the scene. It took the courage of the chairwoman of the service to overturn the fraudulent recruitment which was done in her absence. She was on leave when all these took place. After overturning the sham recruitment, those who were part of the process from the begining were invited for another round of interview and sccessful candidates subsequently employed.

I will not be surprised if some very connected persons who never took the test or attended the interview have already been employed in NNPC. And I suspect from the body language of ABCD123 that he is one of them. The back-door recuitment can only be done succesfully if people do not get to know about it. So our protest might just blow the lid off any secretive recruitment that might have been done. So I want to suggest that the protest should not be suspended for any reason. However we must be peaceful and law abiding throughout the protest. Our protest must be different from what we did while in our various higher institutions.

I must warn us that this protest might just be the beginning, the beginning of a long battle to correct the injustice we have all suffered. Our protest might encourage others who are suffering in silence or suffering and smiling to speak up. On a final note let us not forget that "It is only those who dare that win". I am most confident that something good will come out of this struggle because "all it takes for evil to prevail is for good men to keep quiet in the face of injustice". So justice will prevail in our case if we speak up.

Now i know he is an agent of NNPC. if you go to HR after the peaceful protest, only God knows what we befall you there. you better in your own interest IGNORE HIM. i have said it times without numbers, whenever he posts, just pretend that you did not see his posting. If opposite NNPC(front of TOTAL filling station)is too close to our protest location to assemble,where should the take off point in ABUJA be?

Any way just 4 the records: about 45,000 sat 4 the test, just above a tithe of that number went 4 the interview[4,827] and just above a tithe of this number are on the already concluded list. Just cos u might hav seen ur name on d list doesn't give u full assurance dat u've been employed. Some 2008 Hopefuls, like me, saw deir names on d final list. We're made to wait for eternity. So are d 2010 DPR Hopefuls. If d no on d final list is 500 den know dat it's been reduced cos initially, a little above 1000 were selected after d inteview. Probably a lot of substitutions have been made with, of course, dose dat never sat for d test. If dis protest does not hold, den a tym will com when u'll b told dat its only 100 dat made d final list or worse still, dat d process's been cancelled. So don't be carried away my dear by dat name of urs u saw dere for it's not been written in ink yet. D protest aint gonna stop NNPC from issuing u ur letter my dear on d contrary its gonna hasten d process up. Unless u'r coming from d backdoor. Just throw ur weight behind us and see ur letter rollout soonest.

@Jonkal. I see u'r one of dose dat enjoy using God's name in vain. Have u ever wondered dat of all d things happening around d globe at dis tym it's securing NNPC job for u dat's PRIORITY for God??? Mind you when i seek the face of God concerning a particular matter,He speaks to me. So if you are not comfortable with what God spoke to me when i sought His face on this matter, then you can as well go and query him. Wait a sec! I've just been thinking and i hope some people are not tryin 2 play some politics here.
I thought JA once said, though he sat for the nnpc test but was not invited 4 d interview and dat he's been reading gmat in preparation 4 another test. He also once said he's one of the security personnels in nnpc. Now my question- 1. How come he's now d one volunteering to speak @ d lagos protest centre- does he not realise it could threaten his job, 2. Even if he feels concerned as someone who could stil be in this kind of scenario in the near future, shouldn't he just be a partaker but not a fronter?

I think those at Lagos should hav made an alternative arrangement by now 2get someone in lieu of JA cos he is not in any way d appropriate person 2speak on such an occasion like this. I tell u,if JA is truly a security detail in NNPC, he wouldnt last 24hrs at d NNPC after leading or speaking at d protest, except if ofcourse he is not telling us d truth about his identity cos no employer would waste a split second to get rid of any worker that joins forces with externals to speak against d internal ills in his own organisation(at least in Africa generally and Nigeria in particular,& most especially when dealing with Government Outfits like d NNPC). So Lagos people shine ur eyes cos u might end up being stranded by d time u seek JA & couldnt find him & then, u suddenly realise u no longer have enough time 2make an alternative and equally effective arrangement 4his replacement.
