@kalolalo, I tink the use of the word joblessness is out of place....we may not yet have the NNPC job, but most of us here are gainfully employed..In all, may God grant us rest concerning this NNPC job this week...any news as per yesterday's Board Meeting.
@ hiswill, "our joblessness" refers to those of us who are not doin anytin at present.also,the out come of the board meeting will only be known during the week. Let us hope for the best.

Bros dnt u think it'll b more honourable 2keep mute than 2b contradictng urself so much just within d same page. Just look at d conflicting percentages ur giving on d same matter. This week will bring us good news, we're moving forward. I wish dat we are appointed this month, medicals in May, Training starts in June.Dec 2010(application)-March 11(Test)- July/Aug(Interview) -Job Offer (........) God will ans us dis month.

Brethren gud afternoon. I was told over the week end, that the board meeting ended in our favour. The "go ahead" was given for letters to be dispatched. As i was told, it will come b4 the end of next week. Cheers

If the go aheai d was given,then how many days will it take to print the letters of say 1000 candidates.with each candidates name on it?
In civil service, a go ahead may be given, but the actuallisation of such will take 2 to 3 weeks. I have worked in civil service. Mind you, they have other works doing and not just our recruitment letters to print. They will print and send to the appropriate head to sign may be 1 or 2 weeks and then return for dispatching. So if there was a go ahead, we will still wait for 2 to 3 weeks before getting our letters. Guys just be patient.
At least we are closer to our promised land. Where we are going is closer than where we came from.
Just wait and see.
