A friend of mine who stays in Warri just visited Petroleum Training Institute (PTI) today and was told that everything is ready and that the training is not far-fetched. They did not disclose the date but said it will be decided by NNPC. They also said the training will be at both PTI and Edjeba Learning Village (ELV).

For the first time JA spoke in plain and clear language and have actually said there was no need for dancing shoes! This is good news, but i must ask my friend, JA, if Kiwi have stopped paying him advert money. Some people here thinks JA is the second to the extent that if JA shit and told them it was gold they would have no problem believing. Little did they know that JA was actually working for kiwi and now that the deal went sour he is telling us that we no longer need to polish our dancing shoes.

Can anybody in the NNPC tower or anyone that has an access to the tower confirm as to or otherwise if the letters are coming out tomorrow as said. I think that those working in the tower should have a credible info by now if the letters are coming out tomorrow.

From my experience on this thread, people pick catchy dates as days when ltrs will be released. We have had 30th sept , 10th Oct, 11/11/11, 12th Dec, last Fri of every month and so on. Tomorrow being the last day of the month is no different.

@ thelastdon u are very correct.ordinarily the t.fare is supposed to have been paid before appointment letters are released however I think mgt of NNPC does not view it that way because I visited the conference center of PTI in effurun today where I was told that the place had been booked by NNPC for the next nine months, on further enquiry I was told that it is for the new intakes which are to be trained come first week of march.i was surprised bcos that doesn't look feasible to me given the fact that letter are still yet to be released.a staff of the catering firm hired for food services told me that.i think the hour is near.
Good job bro! Dat is what I keep saying. If we can't get authentic info. from d towers due to the sensitivity(as the corporation sees it) of d excercise, we can at least have some clues from other angles like the training firm, venues, hoteliers, caterers etc. Of course the corporation would have signed a contract with them with the contract covering a certain period. With this information, we can know when the induction/training is taking place and also have an idea of the latest time to expect the letters.Quote:

hmmm.. This is nigeria, it's time we do somethng regardn reccrt in ths country. Do not be surprise if letters has gone out already for highly connected children of power brokers waitng resumptn. I'll visit PTI-Effurum myself to comfirm this for doubt sake.. Though i'm an DPR hopeful, it will go a long way to acertain our fate too. All the best guys!Quote:
