Anxiety, let the thread fill up again
The end is in sight. I've confirmed from my source that the final list of successful candidates is already with HR. However, he could neither ascertained if my name was there or not, nor give me a specific timeline when our letters will be dispatched. I'm still awaiting further information from him, and I'll keep the house posted. This is a remarkable turnaround for all hopefuls.......and God deserves all the praise!!!

Re: A new thread for NNPC Hopefuls

Comments on this thread seem take us back and forth as regards completion of the process. Last month some said the letters were ready to be dispatched. Afterwards, i saw comments that were entirely different: "the board" or "the powers that be" taking decisions on the final list; ranking and what have you. Apparently, no one has a 100% or close to reliable info on the completion of the process... na wa o...

We have experienced so many things in this process, which to me is best seen as comedy in a burning theater.we have adopted a comic swipe in the face of a story that is basically so grim. Emotional tensions are vide the pages of our daily existence, nobody can or will repose confidence in this process. Recruitment in Nigeria is always replete with abnormalities, in times past we have seen excellence been seen off to the political cemetery by those who should be the bastions of moral and intellectual excellence, moral invalids and cripples on the ethical side of due process have always compromised their stance at the slightest glance of licorice dangled by their partners in crime (politicians) .
Mediocre under the auspices of political God fathers have dominated the centre stage in the scheme of things, political interference in supposedly non-political sphere of existence has been a recurring decimal and a monotonous alternative in our collective existence which represents a travesty of justice and a mockery of the recruitment objectives. All political orphans who have no god-father but have God the father should take solace in the fact that the inter-mesh of politics and merits in the conservative sense is a sine qua non in about 99.9% of federal recruitment done in Nigeria, all i know is that the omniscient and beneficent one who designs whatever he desires on man will ensure that his own are not left stranded but left standing victorious at the end of this NNPC wahala.
From sources in the Know, the maximum number of hours left for offer letters to roll out is 312 juridical hours. i have just polished my dancing shoes. Goodluck to everybody.
You always string sentences together very nicely, well done prof, it shows you are a scholar of no mean repute, your stellar performance and strength of logic still baffles me even to the extent of decoding discipline through the knowledge of the interaction of the pen and mind, sincerely you should be competing with the world best at NASA, Google, Microsoft e.t.c and no bi dis NNPC thingy. Prof, please what is your interpretation of 312 juridical hours so that i can have my mind conditioned to a particular time frame. I didn't even bother to dust or polish my own dancing shoes, i practically bought a new dancing shoe.
