Hi glo hopefuls,i learnt conoil guys have received thier employment letters without seeing the chairman.The question now is:must we see the chairman before being employed?.If yes,why?

seeing the chairman is just a psyche issue, because he doesn't do much but a brief talk and handshake, no biggie if you've crossed the other huddles. goodluck to you.
