I'm guessing you can reply their email with simple enquiries..the service contract thing is limited but its still bread on our plates. That's probably for another thread..lol.... Good luck. Its limited as per pay, benefits et al. But compared to other regular companies its at par with I guess "a little above average" portfolios in other companies. Trust me the work load is hugeeeee..my neck hurts as I type.lol. Well maybe its just my personal view. But being a full staff in any big corporation can never be compared to contract let alone service contract..get the jerk..hehe. I hope this info helps

One more thing, do they post one to a dept where one is relevant,like an Engineer to an Engineering Dept?

I'm not at the office now oh.abeg.lol..I meant typing as in replying your post. And yes I believe they post you to your relevant department which is why you were probably hired for. It could be a sub division/department/unit which umbrella's the course requirements for which the job advert was made.So at least u must do something ur considerably supposed to be proficient in,based on what you supplied as information to them,eg from ur resume and the sort.
