Our client, is a multinational company and a major player in the beverage industry with factories spread across Nigeria, manufacturing the leading brands of product range. As a result of business growth and expansion, requires the services of Maintenance Planner.

JOB SUMMARY:
The Maintenance Planner position is responsible for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance. The Planner will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive and routine maintenance tasks. The Planner position requires hands on maintenance experience and will be utilized when needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
•Predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling.
•Troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of mechanical and electrical systems.
•Equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
•Maintains equipment information and repair files.
•Assist other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
•Planning and coordinating maintenance jobs and projects.
•Perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
•Work directly with production personnel to isolate and repair equipment problems.
•Participates in plant safety, health and environmental programs.
Education and Pertinent/Proven Experience.
The minimum requirements for education and experience are listed below:
•Consideration will be give to individuals with an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Have at least 3 year experience as a maintenance planner or coordinator.
•Ability to build and use maintenance library for repairs.
•Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
•Ability to write detailed repair reports as well as good verbal communication.
•B.Sc or HND in any engineering discipline is required.
Computer Skills:
•Expertise and proficiency with basic office computer software
•Ability to learn how to effectively use maintenance software to input data and research parts.
