Job Title: Marketing Executives

Job Location: Lagos

Job Description:

  • Marketing executives contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns.


Tasks can involve:

  • liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organization.
  • organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions.
  • conducting market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
  • contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies.
  • managing budgets.
  • evaluating marketing campaigns.
  • monitoring competitor activity.
  • Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
  • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions.
  • communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships.
  • sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press – local, regional, national and specialist publications – or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign.
  • managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs.
  • writing and proofreading copy.
  • arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials.
  • maintaining and updating customer databases;

Requirements:

  • Minimum BSC OR HND degree in any discipline.
  • Be analytical minded and be a fast learner.
  • Be confidence and possess leadership skills.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience.
  • Be a self starter
  • Must be able to secure and deliver presentation
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.

Job Title: Storekeeper
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • To exercise general control over all activities in Stores Department.
  • To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of materials.
  • To maintain proper records.
  • To initiate purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items.
  • To initiate action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level approaches the maximum limit.
  • To check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places.
  • To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2y ears experience.
  • Minimum BSc OR HND qualification in Accounting or B/Admin.
  • Be analytical minded and be a fast learner.
  • Be confidence and possess leadership skills.
  • Be a self starter.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
