0063: Construction Coordinator (FPSO) - Offshore

Job:
• Assist Construction Superintendent in Construction Activities
• Enforce the Work procedure are properly implemented on the Worksite and promptly report to above level any deviation for further decision to be taken
• Receive and store construction material onboard the FPSO properly
• Participate in clarification and responses to Contractor queries
Report any issue to Construction Superintendent and maintain regular and efficient information to him
• Maintains records of Services performed
• Monitor contractor performance; insure adherence to terms and conditions of agreements
• Perform site inspections for quality control
• Enforce the Work procedure are properly implemented on the Worksite and promptly report to above level any deviation for further decision to be taken
• Liaise with Onshore team for any clarification which may be needed for the Service card preparation of construction activities

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Minimum BSc or BA degree in relevant subject
• Knowledge of international standards & regulations
• Knowledge in use of Pack Office

0061: Geophysics Interpreter - Lagos

Job:
• Load, move and reformat seismic data using a variety of seismic software programs and in-house databases;
• Plan map content, format and design; display and compile required data from aerial photographs, survey notes, records, reports and other maps;
• Complete basic data translations;
• Develop and provide in-depth software expertise, e.g. write macros and troubleshoot;
• Maintain geophysical databases, e.g. archive, store, organize, update and retrieve seismic data; and
• Carry out a range of other technical functions to support Geologists and Geophysicists.
• QC of loaded seismic data with the Geophysicists.
• Supervise activities of offsite Seismic data storage services and data flow.

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Physics, Geophysics with 5 years of experience minimum.
• Skilled in working with computers and maps;
• Have an eye for visual presentation in order to display complex, diverse characteristics on various maps;
• Adaptable to new computer systems

• Assist Handle PR/PO creation in SAP (several PR/PO to be created each day).
• Follow-up on PR/PO release in SAP.
• Ensure the follow up of creation of GR, SES and payment of contractor.
• Guarantee that operational requirement and deadline are met at all time.
• Respect Nigerian and applicable laws and always act in the best interest of the Project

Requirements:
• Expert in SAP and very strong knowledge of UNISUP MM.

Job:
• Procure equipment and services according to the technical specifications and requirements related to quantity, quality, delivery; whilst providing technical assistance.
• Handle purchasing of industrial equipment.
• Ensure that all purchases of the project are run trough due Tender with proper competition
• Liaise with the Material management department to ensure a swift procurement process & ensure supplier lists for materials purchased meet the project’s requirement
• Ensure the follow up of creation of GR, SES and payment of contractor
• Guaranty the quality of the data contained in e-Transit, Ariba and UNISUP

Requirements:

• 7 year experience in Oil & Gas
• Strong knowledge of SAP

• Strong Knowledge of Nigerian purchasing practices and Nigerian importation procedures

0066: Contract Engineer – Port Harcourt

Job:
• Invitation To Tender preparation
• Coordinating bid clarifications and tender bulletins.
• Managing bid evaluation (technical & commercial)
• Providing contractual / commercial advice as appropriate
• Liaison between bidders and Project management to resolve bid exceptions.
• Organizing contract award and signature processes.
• Overseeing due diligence, supplier registration/certification processes
• Maintains contract database for all contracts starting with bidders list to bid document, tender clarifications, tender bulletins, bid exceptions, final contract document
• Insure that all of the above activities are carried out strictly in accordance with the company’s Procedures and Policies.
• Any other duties as required by Senior Contracts Engineer, Project Managers and Project Controls Manager

Requirements:
• A MINIMUM of 7 years of contracts experience (pre and post contract award) within the Oil & Gas
• Previous experience in the preparation/negotiation/administration of EPSC/EPIC Projects in an Operator or Lead Contractor environment is essential
• Engineering Degree
