Our client, a leading manufacturing, marketing and installation company with a focus on roofing and flooring materials is seeking to recruit astute and qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Qualifications and Experience

A first degree in social or behavioral sciences (educational psychology, industrial psychology, sociology, organisation development)
Demonstrable experience across the key processes in the HR value chain which include but not limited to Recruitment, Performance Management, Exit Management, HR Metrics, HRAnalytics, Succession Planning etc.
Good project management skills
Good organisation and planning skills
Minimum of 8- 12years post qualification experience on a similar role
Demonstrable knowledge of Industrial Relations with experience in a highly unionized manufacturing environment



Job Responsibilities
Interact with HR and business colleagues within and outside the business to ensure alignment of HR activity in the spirit of one organisation
Collect HR/organisation effectiveness metrics and measurement for the business across the entire HR life cycle
Develop and implement the HR budget
Interface with HR service providers for delivery of core HR services to the business, monitor quality and timeliness of service provision
Encourage groups and individuals to work collaboratively by focusing on the common purpose of the organisation
Track delivery against the case for change using analytical and data-driven approaches to business and organisational analysis
Implement and coordinate change initiatives to support enhanced organisational effectiveness within the business
Develop and implement the staffing plan for the organisation
Provide input into the talent strategy for the business through developing insight and analysis of people related business issues and opportunities (by activating global solutions, e.g. talent management tools/processes and diversity metrics,
etc)
