WAS IPS SELECTION FREE AND FAIR-say ur mind

Ladies and gentlemen, sequel to final list publication of the 2-weeks round of IPS ADMISSION final process, i would like the house to bare it's mind on her opinion with respect to the selection process...those who scored high in the test but did'nt make it, why they think they failed...those who did'nt make the cut off, why, and for the successful ones, what advice to give to the rest of us....

Finally, to me, i think, IPS is the freest and most straight-forward process, right now in this country...that's an opinion anyway

Yeah i believe its very fair and transparent. I remember someone told me that Total have their 10 candidates so the rest of us have to fight for the remaining 12. i didnt let that bother me. I just believed these people were going to use credit since they will be paying a lot on you and i believed in myself. I figured out all the possible questions that could be thrown at me and i repeatedly answered them to myself. The only ones that i never expected (though i knew i answered them well) were 'Who is your mentor?' and after the interview, 'Do you have any questions for us?'.

if anybody among the 22 doesnt accept the admission based on their requirements during a specified period, that person forfeits the position for the next person in the waiting list.

@adeoye just as jack said, I think if someone forfeits his/her admission then they'll select from the waiting list. But lets just hope for the best. Who knows some other things might happen.
