Interview at 12am?......that is midnight interview!!!
I got the same message.
It is a vacancy advertised on April 13, 2010 in The Guardian newspaper (Pp 32).
It occupies half a page and the company was introduced as a reputable group of companies located in Lagos and expanding into production of tomayo and fruit drinks.
I'm not sure if it is scam or not.
I'm yet to decide.
If I get there tomorrow (12am or 12pm) and it is scam, I'll show them pepper.
@troublemaker; I believe you should save some of this excess energy for the real thing...even Guardian dey put disclaimer for their job adverts
i have not heard of the group before.

I don't think the @yahoo.com or the 12am is enough reason to disregard the invite. The person in charge of this particular recruitment might not have a company .org email add or the comapny itself might not be up to tune with modern technology.
As 4 the 12am, anyone can make such mistake afterall it's a human typist who typed the invite. I have seen worst mistakes in dates for interview thats worst than this like someone using 2009 for an interview to be held this year.
The physical address 4 the interview does not look like a place that guys wud want to use in order to violate or rob anyone, although I can't put anything beyond anyone.
In conclusion, u might be missing a genuine opportunity here. Secondly, if u go and ahead and later find out that it was a scam, be ready to take full responsibility for any of the choices u make. The decision is urs.

@interview invitees; the ball is back in your court! The decision is definitely yours to make.Originally Posted by Akan A1
Guy, go for the interview. I got my first job in an IT firm and they used consultants with yahoo.com address. If they ask u to pay for anything then we'd all know its a scam
I was there today. We started the test around 12pm. 50 maths questions for 30mins. Some heavy weight brosses were also there competing for General Manager position.
We were about 28 competing for production/maintenance engineer.
After the 30 mins test we were given MEAT PIE and a bottle of COKE. During the menu menu, they quickly marked our papers and seperated about 10 candidates as QUALIFIED. The unqualified were asked to leave and the qualified were asked to stay for interview. I wanted to make small trouble but the meatpie and coke (dancing in my tummy) did not permit me. In short they bribed me.
In short it is not a scam despite the yahoo.com and 12am errors
