Job Title: Labour Litigation Specialist- LLSP
Location: Port Harcourt Base/Sites
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To supply a specialized support, defining the best legal solution, coherently with corporate guidelines and national.
  • To supply the legal advice and assistance activities to prevent litigations.


Skills, Competence and Experience

  • Offers consultancy support on the labour contract definition and labour contentious prevention activities.
  • Supports the management on the legal problem resolution, linked to job cases.
  • Assures the management of the labour contentious.


Qualification

  • A Degree in Law with at least 5 years of working experience .
  • Sound knowledge of Ms Office suit.


Job Title: Human Resources Officer- HRO
Location: Port Harcourt Base/Sites
Duties and Responsibilities:


  • To offer methodological support to the business lines as for the implementation and application of the planning & development systems and support to the human recourses in terms of career counselling and training plan analysis.
  • To design and supply services for the knowledge management development and for the Change Management organizational process.
  • To assure the quality and quantity of people requested by the planning and budget providing effective and efficient recruitment services).

    Skills, Competence and Experience
  • Supports the line in the planning and manages of professional skills needs and for the solutions for theirs acquisition, development and maintenance.
  • Analyses of company and employees information coming out from the planning and development systems to design training plans.
  • Establishment of relationship with agencies and head hunters; definition of the best contractual solutions for the recruitment services.
  • Co-ordinates all the induction plans for new entrants in particular young talents and key resources.


Qualification

  • A Degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, Mathematics, Economics and Business Administration and a minimum of 3yrs working experience.
  • Knowledge of current trends in HR.
  • Working knowledge of Ms Office applications (Exceptional skills in Ms Excel Usage).
