A financial establishment located in the outskirts of lagos,Nigeria is a corporate organization that is looking to employ prominent and competent individual to fill the post of Business Admin/Branch Manager in their establishment

Duties:
* A First Degree/Higher National Diploma holder
* Should be a partly or fully qualified professional (ACIIN or ACII)
* Have at least 3years post-NYSC work experience, most of which should be hands-on experience in a financial company or organization
* Have demonstrable marketing, technical, presentation skills with industry presence.
* The candidate must have working knowledge of South-Western Nigeria, a proven ability to generate new business streams from there.
* Heads the branch and is responsible for the positive performance and activities
* Prepares input into the company strategic planning and review process
* Prepares marketing plans and budget for the branch
* Prepares lead support to marketers
* Markets Brokers, corporate clients/individuals for business patronage
* Manages existing Brokers, Clients, Customers for retention and expansion of their patronage
Requirements:
* B.Sc. degree/HND in any relevant course
* Master’s degree/professional certification will be an added advantage
* Minimum of 7 years’ experience
* Strategic and logical thinking skills
* Strong project management and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
